If we require verification from you, you will receive an email from fox3guitars@gmail.com asking for a photo of your credit card with your name and last four digits visible, as well as your picture identification matching the name on the card, proving that you are the credit card holder. This may delay shipping of your order depending on the response time. If we do not receive a reply with the information required within 5 business days or you cannot supply the information, your order will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We only use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our 9-5 CST business hours, excluding holidays. Most in stock items ordered on the Fox 3 Guitars website ship within 24 business hours. It can take us up to 48-72 business hours to pack some orders due to volume. Items which are backordered are charged at the time of purchase and will be shipped when the goods are in stock. Please allow extra build time for custom or out of stock orders. A customer may cancel a backorder and receive a refund at any time. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Fox 3 Guitars signs them or not. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after the 30 day period, you will be ineligible for a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
